Getting to Greenfield:
For those of you arriving by plane, the most convenient airport is
Bradley International
Airport in Hartford Connecticut (about 1 hour away from Greenfield).
From Bradley, take I-91 North towards Springfield. Stay on I-91 North
for
about 50
miles, you’ll pass Springfield and Northampton. Take exit 26,
Route 2 East. Then follow the directions below to the Brant House.
You can also fly into Boston
Logan International Airport (about a 2 hour drive). From there,
take I-93 North to 16 West (Mystic Valley Parkway) to 2 West.
As a third alternative, you can use Albany
International Aiport (2 hour drive). Take I-87 South
which becomes I-90 East to exit 4, I-91 North towards Holyoke. Take
exit 26, Route 2 East. |
Directions to the Brandt house from 1-91
or Greenfield center:
Take exit 26 off I-91 to Route 2 East. Follow signs for Greenfield
Center. Go east on Main St. to the end. Bear right at the blinking
light
onto
Crescent St. Stay straight onto Highland Avenue. The Brandt House
is the fifth house on the left, up on a hill, #29.
Directions from the North Shore:
Travel west on Route 2. Take the first Greenfield exit (2A); go 3
miles to the blinking light. Go through the light, bear left onto
Crescent Street. Go 0.1 mile to the intersection of Crescent and
Highland. Stay straight onto Highland Avenue. The Brandt House
is the fifth house on the left, up on a hill, #29.
