Leaving Asia

| | Comments (1)

We're just about to jump in a cab to the airport. We're flying Bangkok to Singapore to Bali to Darwin. The last few days have been a bit emotional as we realize that the Asia part of our trip is now over, and also because we've experienced so many different things just in the past week or two that it's hard to process it all. Sorry that we don't have time to write more now, but we did put up photos yesterday so I guess that will have to do for now. Bye!

Hi you've done so much, it's a lifetime of travelling all in one year. Charlotte & Scott came and visited me in London last weekend, just a day after the bombs went off but we still managed to get around and be defiant even joining the crowds to see the Queen at Buckingham Palace and having millions of poppy petals dropped onto us from planes flying overhead. We spoke about your travelogue so I thought I would stop by and see what you are up to. Amazing and I feel jealous. Enjoy Australia I loved it, it's a mix between Asia, England and America so a bit of a culture shock from Thailand, Cambodia etc. but maybe a nice transition back to westernised cultures.
