Small-Small Update
I only have 10 minutes at the cafe, but just wanted to let everyone know that we're fine. We're at the airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia right now. We thought we would have 2 nights here, but it turned out much easier and more relaxing to leave today. By doing it this way, we didn't have to pay for a visa, got a free night at a nice hotel, free dinner and breakfast and got to see a little of Addis from the comforts of the bus. We slept so well last night! It's cold here! Okay, maybe not compared to Austria or Michigan right now, but we got to sleep with blankets last night, it was great.
Our last few days at Buduburam were busy and emotional, we'll have to write more about that later. We miss everyone already!
Our flight to Entebbe, Uganda leaves at noon, we"ll be there at 2:30 and should be getting picked up there by James, our contact there who we'll be working with. Our love to all and there"ll be more soon!
Ja, im Laufe dieses Jahres wird es leider noch viel schwieriges Abschiednehmen für euch geben - fein, dass es euch sonst gut geht, und alles Gute für Uganda!

Habe leider keine Email-Adresse von euch, also auf diesem Weg vielen, vielen, vielen Dank für das Hochzeitsvideo, das war eine super Überraschung! Hab's mir natürlich gleich angeschaut, und Kurt war diesmal auch live dabei. (Für Omi werde ich es unter den Christbaum legen als ein ganz besonderes Geschenk)

Alexa came up to Harbin Tuesday night to return tthe beetle - we took her back yesterday for her 10am class - she is in the midst of doing papers, projects and studying for exams.
After the busy Thanksgiving week, Harbin has returned to its more quite winter mode - which of course we thoroughly enjoy.

Hope all is well in Uganda. Just wanted to send you some Guest House 2 love...It is definitely not the same without you two here! Shanon and I miss morning coffee, sharing first grade stories, cooking feasts, bikerides and late night karaoke. The kids are always asking about you and Pele now calls Shanon his 'best friend'...
